A small but significant shrine nestled within the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, known for its rare black torii gate (kuromiki torii) - the only one of its kind in Japan. Historically, imperial princesses purified here before serving at Ise Grand Shrine. Popular for love and marriage wishes.
